Glace Chase is a multiple award winning multi-disciplinary trans queen / drag performer / playwright / comedienne / screenwriter / tour guide / bon vivant. Described as “delightfully satanic” by Time Out NY Glace’s work defies easy categorisation and spans disciplines.
She hosts bingo/karaoke/comedy nights all across NYC. She’s an acclaimed storyteller. She created the rave reviewed and award winning world first Drag Queen Tour Guide business Dream Queen tours that is still available for private bookings.
And she’s a multiple award winning playwright who will premiere & star in her new play Triple X at the Sydney Opera House for Sydney Theatre Company and Queensland Theatre in 20202.

Triple X
Glace wrote and will star in Triple X, premiering at Queensland Theatre and Sydney Theatre Company at the Sydney Opera House in 2020. It’s about a straight wall street dude who has an affair with a trans drag performer and his family finding out the day before he gets married. (based on a true story!).

Writing Bio
As a playwright Glace has won numerous awards in Australia including two Griffin Awards and the Queensland Premier’s Literary Award and has been shortlisted for pretty much every other playwriting award in the country. Her plays include Whore, A Hoax, Oranges & Lemons, GULL or the lamentable comedie called love (hereto known as the Trannies’ Revenge) and Nobody’s Girl. Her plays have appeared at Griffin Theatre, Belvoir St Theatre, La Boite, The Public Theatre NYC and NJ Rep.
Glace has the podcast Love Criminal and a limited television series Falleni in development.
HOSTESS/ SPEAKER
Glace is an experienced hostess performing weekly nights all across NYC. Sing-a-ling Comedy Karaoke has been running for 4 years at Belle Reve in Tribeca (10pm Wednesdays); Bingo at Madame Maries in LIC (8pm Tuesdays), running for 2 years; and Bingo at Bierocracy in LIC (8pm Mondays), running for 1 year. Plus she regularly guest hosts/performs with Linda Simpson at Linda Loves Bingo at Le Poisson Rouge in the Village throughout the month.
She has worked numerous corporate gigs doing bingo/karaoke and also diversity/lgbt talks for a range of companies. She’s experienced in doing “non blue” material for a corporate friendly environment. Gigs include corporate cruise entertainment, benefits, Christmas parties, Pride events and general festivities.

Her premier show is the monthly “catastrophic chanteusing” cabaret Neurotica at Metropolitan bar every first Saturday.
She has an improv comedy night called Eat This where the audience pick items off a performance “menu”. Items include “A Memory”, “A Rant”, “Drag Queen Story Time for Childish Adults” and “an 80s Musical Number”.
She’s a live singing queen!
She won first runner up at Miss Subways Pageant 2017.
